Yes — we seal the linear cracks as part of prep, since sealing over open cracks just hides them temporarily. Pothole repair and larger patching are available as add-ons if your lot needs them.

Do you restripe the lines too?

Yes. After sealcoating we restripe parking stalls, ADA-accessible spaces, fire lanes, and directional arrows so your lot is compliant and looks sharp.
